As an athlete do you follow a special way of life?
A regular accompanying training for me consists of strength, cardio and yoga. If times allows, I am also passionate about surfing, rock climbing and road cycling. Food is a very complex topic. The short version is that it doesn’t harm to avoid sugar and alcohol and to eat protein. My way of thinking is, if something is ok. it is OK, don’t wish for anything, you have it all!

What inspires you?
My main goal is to push skiing and kitesurfing to a new level (steeper lines, bigger waves) and inspire girls and women to pursue these sports.

If you could pick two people (dead or alive who have especially inspired you for your sports) to go ski with, who would they be?
Elyse Saugstad, Alaska.

Where would you like to live in the near future or what do you think is the best place to live on earth?
I don’t have a favourite here. There are far too many beautiful places in this world.

What are your goals?
Cross more skiing lines and wave spots off my list.

Is there something else you want to add?
There is no alternative to optimism!

What do you think about SWOX?
I became aware of SWOX through Max. I am happy to be able to use sunscreen that works while being active!!!
