Who or what inspires you? What is your passion in life?
People! I am so inspired by people around me, my family and my friends. Sometimes it’s a great reminder that less is more and without community we are nothing.

Do you follow a special way of life? 
If yes, what is it?
I love starting my day reading my bible and listening to some music. Always a coffee of course, I then love to get in the ocean or do some exercise. I love routine, pushing my body, being with friends and pretty much anything outdoors! Nature and ocean humble me, challenge me and fill me up big time! Grateful for the lifestyle I have.

Best city/place to live on earth and why?
South Africa! We have beautiful coastline, amazing waves, incredible culture and the best food! There is also amazing wildlife and some untouched places to explore.

If you could pick two athletes (dead or alive) to surf/ train with, who would they be and where would you go?

I’d love to surf a tropical island and be inspired and pushed out my comfort zone, sharing the line up with Carissa Moore and John- John Florence.

Best spot/training location?
I have been so lucky to travel the world and my beautiful home country, South Africa! One of my favourite places would be Mozambique and Jbay!

What are your goals for 2023/2024? What do you want to achieve next?
To always be growing into the best version of myself. To look for opportunities to use surfing as a tool to help others and bring a hope to those in vulnerable situations.

It is safe to say this is the best sunblock I have ever used in my life. I have done multiple surf trips to tropical places and haven’t got burnt once while using SWOX! I’m learning that skin has a memory, so I am thankful to finally find a product that truly works!
